In the later part of 2008, after more than 16 years, two of the long
time local rental vacation companies, Alpine Lodging & Real Estate
and Telluride Mountain Lodging merged to form the most experienced
vacation rental company in Telluride. The new company is called
Telluride Alpine Lodging and continues to have the same local ownership
group and consistent experience from its combined management, sales and
guest service staffs. Telluride Alpine Lodging now has over 30 years of combined experience in
the hospitality business, all under the same, local ownership.
In April 2009, Telluride Alpine Lodging acquired another of Telluride's
most trusted vacation rental companies, ResortQuest Telluride, which now
operates as part of Telluride Alpine Lodging. We cater to the needs of
more than 13,000 visitors to the area every year through an inventory of
over 400 properties, ranging from value to luxury. With our local and
experienced owners and staff we take pride in offering vast knowledge of
Telluride and a diverse inventory of rental properties in Telluride and Mountain Village, making sure
