Steve Gumble of Telluride Blues and Brews Festival and Craig Furguson of Telluride Bluegrass Festival have joined together to present two nights of Neil Young in Telluride!  Neil Young will play back-to-back shows at the new stage in Telluride Town Park. He will be joined by Promise of the Real, fronted by Lukas Nelson (son of Willie Nelson). Local tickets will go on sale July 26th. The Telluride Festival of Cars and Colors is Telluride’s new 4-day, automotive enthusiast celebration!  Set among the canyons of the San Juan Mountains, it’s placed against the spectacular backdrop of the area's September fall foliage. The festival will use three venues over the course of the four days: the Historic Downtown Telluride, Telluride’s Mountain Village and the Telluride Regional Airport. Imogene Pass Run

What began as a way to train for the Pike's Peak marathon in 1974 is now a full-fledged race. The race from Ouray to Telluride over the 13,114 foot  Imogene Pass . This is a 17.1 mile point to point mountain race. The pass is a 4x4 dirt road that passes through mining ruins, up jagged peaks, and above treeline. The runners finish at the  Sheridan Opera House on Oak Street in Telluride.  Remember to dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared for any and all conditions.
