Prize festival location, close to everything
Enter the building from the east or west stairwell. Enter the condo and go up a short flight of stairs to the living room/dining room where there is a gas fireplace, TV/vcr,dvd, stereo, CD, a queen sofa-sleeper, and a full (though small) kitchen. French doors lead to a small deck overlooking the street with views of the
San Sofia Ridge (sunny side). Upstairs, the bathroom with steam shower, and closet with washer/dryer are on the landing level, as well as the first bedroom; it has a queen bed. At the top of the stairs is the second bedroom with a two twin beds and TV/vcr. There is a designated parking space and a ski storage locker in the garage. |
