Benchmark House - The
entry way greets you with a stained-glass rendition
of sunlit aspens. The spacious and warmly appointed
living room has a gas fireplace, and picture
windows with views north across the Telluride Ski
Area. The master suite has king bed and
private bath with jetted tub and steam shower. Another
suite has a king bed and private bath with shower/tub
combo. Three more bedrooms have queen beds in
each. The 6th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, and
is located downstairs off the family room, where there
is a kitchen and gas fireplace as well. Large multi-level
decks offer comfortable outdoor space on the wooded
side of the home. A 75-yard trail leads from the ski
storage room, equipped with boot dryers, to the Chair
10 ski runs. A heated 2-car garage is attached. |
