The Aspen Street Inn is known to former guests as the San Sophia Inn. This cozy 18-room inn is located in the Town of Telluride, only 1 block from Telluride’s Main Street and the gondola station (connecting the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village). All rooms feature new beds and linens as of spring 2009. A hot breakfast buffet is served every morning in a common dining/meeting area.
Located in the heart of Telluride – both winter and summer guests enjoy convenience to shopping, dining, ski access, Town Park access (where all the summer music festivals are held), hiking, biking – literally everything the town offers.
The inn has all new bedding as of spring 2009, a common outdoor gazebo hot tub and there is also a hot breakfast buffet served every morning during the summer and winter seasons.
Unlike more traditional properties, once you check into The Aspen Street Inn, it’s much more personal, like you’ve checked into a large home. Our on-site innkeeper is there to take care of your vacation needs and both the common dining area and outdoor deck make the perfect venue to relax and get to know the other guests. DIRECTIONS TO THE ASPEN STREET INN
Check-in Location for Aspen Street Inn
Drive straight into the town of Telluride on Highway 145 which turns into Telluride's Main Street (Colorado Avenue). Pass the high school on the left and then Clark’s Market on the right. Staying on Main Street, you’ll pass two cross streets: Davis and Townsend. “Aspen Street” is the third cross street; turn right onto Aspen Street. Going over the cross street West Pacific, the Aspen Street Inn is a two story building on your left. Park on either West Pacific or Aspen Street and check-in. Covered parking is available for $10 a night; this parking cannot be reserved in advance and is provided upon check-in based on availability. Permits will be provided upon check-in for street parking; please read the signs regarding parking restrictions for snow removal and road closures.

"The service was phenomenal prior to ever arriving in Telluride at the Aspen Street Inn. We received help with choosing a room with a style we would enjoy, and help from Connie with choosing a minister to perform a "renewing of vows" ceremony (a surprise to the "groom" of 35 years), and for the locations for the ceremony. Our accommodations were spotless, roomy, and bright, within walking distance of town and the gondola. Breakfast was 5 star~ truly, outstanding, especially the zuchinni bread right out of the oven. The outdoor patio was a nice spot to read and get some sun. Awesome recommendations for things to do and restaurants were helpful. The minister, Tree Cooper was outstanding, and Connie/Innkeeper, stepped in as our wedding planner, witness, and photographer:) All, while running a smooth breakfast for the other quests. She is what makes the Aspen Street Inn run smoothly and peacefully. We highly recommend it, and it has made my husband a convert to the B & B lifestyle. Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience. It was top notch all the way."
