Le Chamonix is a 2-level complex with about 10 individually owned condos including 2 studios. There is elevator access and a common outdoor hot tub. This location is right in the Mountain Village core, also just steps from lift 4, restaurants, shopping and ski rentals. The skating pond is right next to the building. The free gondola is a short 2 minute walk away. Each of the Le Chamonix studios sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen Murphy bed and a sofa sleeper. They also have a full kitchen, fireplace and a private washer/dryer. All rooms are non-smoking.
These locations are perfect both in the summer and winter – close to skiing and other activities, as well as a short gondola ride (with fantastic views) to the Town of Telluride.

Studio (BLM30B): Overall it was a nice place. The gas fireplace was so loud that it was impossible to turn it on and still hear the TV, and the sheets kept pulling off the pull down bed. There also needs to be a lamp near the furniture for reading. The kitchen was great.
Hotel room (BLM30A): The Blue Mesa Lodge is in a great location in Mountain Village, with quick access to the slopes. Check-in was mildly inconvenient due to the off site location of Telluride Alpine Lodging, but the staff were friendly. Room #30A is a bare bones, no frills accommodation which has clearly seen only minimal attention from the owner(s). I would liken it to a 2 star hotel room at best. The TV is miserable and was non-functional during our stay. All in all, it is a reasonably priced place to crash if all you care about is your adventure from 9-4.
Studio (CHAMC): a centrally located (Mountain Village) in easy walking distance to gondola, restaurants, coffee.A small place, fully equipped, that would work wonderfully for one or twopersons. Large sitting deck and short walk to hot tub are nice additions.Wonderfully executed architectural interior of openness and interest.Needs some attention to small things: bathroom sink faucet (hard to turn on)needs a little lubrication... washer/dryer light cord needs an extension...hot tub could use some instructions on how to use and some lighting(that mayhave been there but was not discovered).Telluride Alpine Lodging: very friendly people and a pleasure to deal with...
