Deposit and Cancellation Policies (excluding River Club and other selected properties*):

Summer Season Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: One night’s room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due ten (10) days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within ten (10) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.

Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received 48 hours or more prior to the arrival date, for hotel rooms and suites a $50.00 cancellation fee is charged with the remaining deposit refunded; for condos, the initial deposit of one night's room rent and tax/service fee is forfeited. If a cancellation notice is given within 48 hours of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Festival Deposit and Cancellation Policy (Bluegrass, Film Festival and Blues & Brews)

Deposit: One night’s room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within thirty (30) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.

Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received thirty (30) days or more prior to the arrival date, the one night’s room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Winter Season Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Mountainside Inn, Telluride Lodge & Around Town Condominiums, excluding Holiday season :

Deposit: A deposit of the first night’s room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.

Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, the 1 night’s room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within 30 days of the arrival date, no refund will be given.

Holiday Season (Saturday prior to Christmas to Saturday after New Years) Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Deposit: A deposit of the first night’s room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.

Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received 45 or more days prior to the arrival date, the 1 night’s room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within 45 days of the arrival date, no refund will be given.
