DescriptionThis beautifully maintained historic five bedroom home is located on West Pacific Ave about 3 blocks from the gondola. Bedding includes a king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, and two sets of built in twin bunk beds.

You enter the home from the second side door into a hallway with a half bath on the right, and a utility/mud room on the left. This leads into dining area that seats ten. The fully equipped kitchen is to your right; it has stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors, and wood counter-tops. Behind the kitchen, there is an office with a desk, couch, gas fireplace, and access to the outdoor private hot tub. In the hallway leading to the office, there is a bathroom with a shower tub combination and a bedroom with a queen bed. On the opposite side of the kitchen there is a large open living room and attached sitting area with a stacked stone gas fireplace. A winding staircase is accessible through the sitting room. Three of the five bedrooms are located upstairs. The first and second bedrooms are located to the left of the staircase; the first has a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. They share a hallway bathroom that has a shower only. The master bedroom is to the right of the staircase. It has a king bed, TV, gas fireplace, and attached bath with a steam shower and a claw foot soaking tub. The fifth bedroom is located in the basement of the home; the door to the basement is accessible through a doorway to the right as you enter the home. The basement is a large room with two built in twin bunk beds, TV with DVD player, bathroom with a shower only and a washer/dryer. Internet is available in the home.
